Currently we only accept PayPal service for all payments. The buyer may use all major credit cards or bank accounts for its payment through PayPal service.
Our goal is to provide the fastest possible service by processing orders within one business day of receipt. There is a good possibility that by the time you contact us with a change or cancellation, your order may have already shipped. To request a cancellation or change to your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting the cancellation or change. Please include your order number and the specific details regarding the modifications. You will receive an email notification within 1 to 2 business days whether or not we were able to accommodate your request.
Note: If you are contacting us after business hours, please allow up to 12 hours to receive a response to your email. We will try our best to accommodate your order related requests, such as cancellations or adjustments, provided that your order has not already shipped.

While we will make every effort to fulfill your order, occasionally certain items may be unavailable. We will notify you via email if we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered. You will be given the option to cancel or substitute. Any changes will be reflected on your shipping invoice.
